Ingredients:
1 pkg. frozen puff pastry
1 package of Colosimo Breakfast Sausage (try the maple-sage)
Milk or egg for glazing
Pamesean cheese (rough grated)
Parsley flakes


Instructions:
Wrap pastry over sausage meat and seal pastry edges with prongs of a fork.

1. Wash the pastry with a beaten egg mix.
2. Sprinkle parmesean cheeze and parsley flakes over the top.
3. Place on cookie sheet. Cook at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes until golden and puffed. Make sure Sausage is cooked.

The great thing about Colosimo Breakfast Sausage is that it is skinless. It's ready to just drop on the pastry and roll up. Try a variety.
